Programming data input format of CNC drilling and milling machine (machining center)

Each designation in the CNC program has a fixed format, and the format of different controllers is also different. Therefore, instructions must be written according to the instruction format of the controller. If the format is incorrect, the program will not be executed and a warning message will appear.
Especially when inputting numerical data, special care should be taken. Generally, CNC drilling and milling machine or MC can choose metric unit "mm" or English unit "inch" as the coordinate value unit. The metric system can be accurate to 0.001 mm, and the English system can be accurate to 0.0001 inch, which is also the minimum movement of general CNC machinery. If the actual input value is X1.234mm or X1.2345 inch when X1.23456 is input, the extra value will be ignored. And the number of words should not be too many. Generally, it is limited to 7 words. For example, if you enter X1.2345678, a warning message will appear because it is more than 7 words
